You can ajust the tube in to the air box so it fit perfect to your kart, and then give it glue or tight it with clamps.

The new production of PVP 252 motor

The crankcase is a new type and have a new design to improve the air flow in the crankcase

For the new crankcase will you need a new type of disk valve cover and gear box cover

There is a new insert in hardened steel, that give tighter inlet, less wear of the disk valve, and no wear of the crankcase and disk valve cover.

You can now dismantle the gear box cover without remove the disk valve cover.

The disk valve is now 129 mm. in diameter to give a good support in the top.

On the motor can you use a 5 mm. gasket together with piston 3965 and 3975

or you can use a 7 mm. gasket together with piston 394, 395 and 396, this piston is cheaper and stronger.

It also have a new type of crankshaft with 120 mm. rod and smaller gap in the middle.

The rear crankshaft have a bushing you can change if you get a groove in axle, that the sealing from the water pump make.

The total weight of the crankshaft is between type part no. 212 and 213
